Thursdays in August (August 7, 14, 21, and 28) at 6:15pm
Ballet fitness without the competition. Retro Barre classes use the support of the wall along with mat-based exercises to increase balance, core strength and flexibility using simple and precise moves. Alternating movement and stretching, you will use your own body weight as a natural tool to shave inches and build the elegant, lean muscles of a ballet dancer. Class is led with music.
